This is our way of welcoming you to Puglia. Right before the start of the biking vacation, we personally meet with guests to discuss all aspects of the trip, from itinerary to hotels, from logistics to advice on what to see.
Guided bike fitting
During the briefing, we take a moment to setting up and checking the bike and chosen accessories so that the vacation is safe and comfortable from the first moment.
Smartphone with GPS tracks
We give our clients a smartphone they use to follow the GPS tracks of each route. Each device is equipped with quad lock for attachment to the handlebars.
Professional Navigation App
Each smartphone has the professional RideWithGps App used to navigate GPS tracks. It is simple and intuitive and contains all directions to points of interest along the route, as well as recommended restaurants and bars.
We provide 24/7 assistance to our guests to support them in solving problems related to logistics, mechanics, and the trip itself.
Our drivers take care of transporting guests' luggage from one hotel to another, ensuring a timely and accurate service.
Printed guide of Puglia
We give our clients a printed guide of Puglia -with content edited by our team- on the destinations covered by our tours. The guide also includes a selection of bars and restaurants that we feel we can recommend for quality and authenticity.
Owned bike and van fleet
Our bike fleet consists of 350 owned bikes (ebike, road, gravel, trekking) and 8 vans. We personally take care of their maintenance and constant monitoring.
Bike Friendly Hotels
All hotels on our tours meet the quality and logistical standards for bike tourists and have been personally selected by our booking team.
